Job Description & How to Apply Below
Project Overview

We are building and scaling an innovative community app designed to support individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities, along with their families and staff. The app brings people together in one safe, engaging digital space to access resources, learn skills, connect socially, and get real support. This role is a hands-on opportunity to be the primary champion of the app.

You will help drive adoption, improve the user experience, and directly shape how the platform grows and evolves.

Why This Is Exciting

You will sit at the center of a real-world, mission-driven tech project that blends community building, accessibility, and innovation. You will work closely with members, families, and professionals, troubleshoot real issues, add meaningful content, and influence product decisions. This is not passive observation. You will be trusted with responsibility, visibility, and impact, while gaining experience in product management, user support, content moderation, and grant research.

Essential Job Functions

* Serve as the primary "go-to" champion for the app for members, staff, and parents

* Help users get access, onboard successfully, and learn how to use features confidently

* Identify, document, and help resolve bugs and usability issues

* Add, organize, and improve content across the platform

* Monitor and moderate content to ensure a safe, respectful community

* Gather feedback from users and suggest improvements

* Research potential grant opportunities that could support the app's growth

This is an ideal role for a curious, people-oriented student who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and making a tangible difference in people's lives.

House of Possibilities (HOPe), a nonprofit community based organization on the campus of Stonehill College, provides life-changing programs for children and adults with disabilities and their families.

Qualifications

* Must possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills, editing/reading/writing skills.

* Strong analytical skills.
