Assistant Market Manager - Alltown Fresh

We are looking to add a Store Operations Manager (SOM) to our family here at Alltown Fresh. The SOM works closely with the general manager to oversee day-to-day store operations while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures.

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train, and discipline non-exempt (hourly) employees, holding them accountable for maintaining operational standards.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; investigate shortages/overages of $100 per month or less and inventory variations of 1% of sales or less.
• Maintain business records, review cashier accountability sheets and other records prescribed by the General Manager and/or Territory Manager.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested, adhering to all Global Partner cash control policies.
• Ensure store is Grand Opening Ready according to Global Partner store image standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure store is secure and safe; comply with all safety and environmental guidelines.
• Report any issues to appropriate authority and management.
• Maintain adequate gasoline levels and coordinate gasoline deliveries.
• Engage in all company promotional initiatives.
• Promote a high level of guest service.
• Perform duties as required by company policies and procedures (Company Handbook) and any other duties assigned by your General Manager/Territory Manager.

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong communication, reading, writing, and counting skills.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Access to all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• High School Diploma (required).

Pay Range: $49,000.00 – $65,000.00

The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
