Clinical Testing Psychologist; PhD, PsyD Child and Adolescent

Overview

Life Stance Health is seeking psychologists to join our clinical team. We offer flexible schedules, a supportive environment, and a hybrid model allowing in-person and telehealth sessions. You will have the opportunity to design your practice, pursue preferred balance of therapy and/or assessment services, and develop your own specialty interests. Compensation is above market with a generous benefits package and a focus on work‑life balance.

Average annual compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 based on productivity.

• Perform testing intakes, plan assessment batteries, administer psychological measures, interpret data, and write reports.
• Provide feedback sessions, clarify diagnoses, complete documentation, and develop treatment plans.
• See clients in outpatient settings, with intakes and feedback available in person or via telehealth based on client and clinician preference.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, and therapists.
• Work with diverse client backgrounds, including developmental concerns, ADHD, complex diagnoses, learning differences, and neurological issues.

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Fully licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts.
• Board eligible or board certified.
• Comfortable working with children and adolescents.
