Warehouse Assistant

Bluedrop solves water quality issues for Residential and Commercial clients with the design and installation of water purification equipment. We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team in South Easton, Massachusetts!

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual looking to join a fast‑paced team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently, and our shipments go out on time. Whether you are experienced in warehouse operations or looking to start your career in logistics, we want to hear from you.

• Order Fulfillment:
  Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist with receiving incoming stock, counting inventory, and organizing warehouse shelves.
• Loading/Unloading:
  Safely load and unload delivery trucks and shipments.
• Warehouse Maintenance:
  Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate manual or motorized warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) safely.
• Accuracy in tracking inventory and reading shipping labels is essential.
• Ability to work effectively with others to meet daily goals.
• Must have reliable transportation to our facility in South Easton.
