Executive Assistant

Description

Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership teams.

+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

+ Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

+ Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

+ Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

+ Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed.

+ Assist with special projects and provide general office support.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role.

+ Strong calendar management, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

+ Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
