Manager, Facilities Engineering, Easton, PA (Onsite Position)
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Manager, Facilities Engineering oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for the reliability, safety, and performance of all facility systems. The role provides strategic and technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, controls, and building automation systems, ensuring strong preventive maintenance and continuous improvement. A key focus is developing and sustaining comprehensive electrical engineering and safety programs that meet all regulatory requirements.
The manager also leads long‑term capital planning, asset lifecycle analysis, and infrastructure investment prioritization while managing the facility capital budget. Through effective leadership and technical expertise, this role ensures that facilities and critical infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required . From an ABET‑accredited institution, preferred .
Advanced degree (MS) in engineering, engineering management, or a related field, preferred or a Professional Engineer (PE) license in lieu of an advanced degree.
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities engineering, infrastructure management, or large‑scale commercial/industrial facility operations.
