Fills medications and IV orders from computer-generated labels and updates patient medication cassettes and drawers;
Delivers medications to patient care areas and uses pneumatic tube system when appropriate;
Answers telephone/window and assists visitors; communicates with pharmacists and staff professionally;
Prepares parenteral, admixture, anti-neoplastic and Home IV Therapy orders under pharmacist supervision;
Maintains logs, inventories, and completes shift duties; assists in training new employees
