St. Luke's - - Responsibilities:
Prepare, set, and serve all food as directed ensuring proper temperatures and portion sizes.;
Perform minor food preparation and portioning tasks in accordance with departmental policy.;
Assist in tray assembly and deliver trays to patients according to procedures.;
Use established patient identifiers to ensure safety and verify nutrition orders; double-check tray accuracy.;
Retrieve soiled trays and return to kitchen for cleaning and storage.
