Production Supervisor

Bakerly is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily bakery operations in our barn production area. In this role, you will lead a team to safely and efficiently produce our French-inspired baked goods, ensuring adherence to quality, food safety, and scheduling goals. You will coordinate staffing, monitor production lines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain sanitation and safety standards. Working closely with operations and quality teams, you'll track KPIs, train and coach team members, support continuous improvement, and promote Bakerly's collaborative, creative culture as our brand continues to grow.
