** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with access control systems and badge management. Experience in environments where security protocols are essential is preferred.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, email communication, data entry, and utilizing company software.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** Candidates should possess prior customer service experience. This includes effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.

+ Monitor access points, lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, escalating unusual activity or concerns according to established procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Support a professional lobby environment by answering calls, providing directions, receiving deliveries, and documenting security-related incidents and activities.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
