Record Center Specialist

Position: Record Center Specialist 1
Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Storage and Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.

+ Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 pounds.

+ Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

+ Use proprietary computer systems to track and locate boxes efficiently.

+ Maintain a clean and organized storage environment to ensure safety and accessibility.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 0 years of experience in a physical or warehouse environment.

+ Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. regularly without assistance.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Good reading and writing skills in English.

+ Physical stamina to kneel, squat, reach, and bend frequently throughout shifts.
