CNC Programmer
Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing industrial machinery manufacturer serving a variety of industries.
Full-time | Monday-Friday | On-Site
BUILD IT. PROGRAM IT. MAKE IT RIGHT.We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting the job done right. This isn't simply a machine operator position. You'll be hands-on with programming, setup, machining, inspection, and problem-solving in a clean, climate-controlled facility where your experience and technical judgment matter. If you can look at a complex drawing, understand what needs to happen at the machine, and turn that plan into a quality finished part, this might be the right fit for you.
What You'll Do:
- Interpret complex drawings, program sheets, specifications, and work instructions.
- Program, set up, and perform changeovers on CNC equipment.
- Perform precision turning, milling, drilling, boring, and related machining operations.
- Work to close and interrelated tolerances while maintaining demanding quality standards.
- Inspect and gauge parts throughout the machining process.
- Measure finished work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
- Run multiple machines simultaneously when applicable.
- Maintain clean machines, tooling, work areas, and finished parts.
- Work collaboratively with the CNC team to solve problems and keep jobs moving.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Application Requirements:
- 5+ years of conventional and/or CNC machine operating experience.
- 3+ years of CNC CAM programming experience.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining and precision manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction.
- Physical requirements apply.

- Okuma and DMG lathes and machining centers.
- Multiple-axis machining experience.
- Vericut programming experience.
