Location:
Detroit, MI. The candidate will drive new business growth, boost profitability in existing accounts, spot high‑impact opportunities, serve as strategic sales lead consulting with owners and C‑suite executives, build referral network, conduct proactive outreach, manage pipeline, partner with sales teams, deliver persuasive presentations, and travel within a designated territory.
- Drive new business growth and boost profitability in existing accounts by spotting high‑impact opportunities through market and client insight.
- Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C‑suite executives.
- Build and energize a strong referral network and execute proactive outreach to consistently generate sales momentum.
- Build and manage pipeline through referrals and self‑generated leads.
- Partner with sales teams to expand existing customer relationships.
- Deliver persuasive, value‑driven presentations that clearly demonstrate how the organization’s solutions meet client needs.
- Travel within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of sales experience with emphasis on solution selling, small businesses, and merchants.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets with a data‑driven, results‑focused mindset.
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory development skills.
- Manage client relationships in partnership with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly grasp technology fundamentals and apply them to real‑world business needs.
- Open to feedback, committed to personal accountability and growth.
- Creatively resolve client issues with practical problem‑solving and sound decision‑making.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Good faith estimated annual salary range: $41,900.00–$62,300.00. Actual salary will be determined by experience, skills, and education.
