Forklift Driver

Labor Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable 2nd Shift Forklift Driver to support industrial and light-manufacturing clients across West Michigan. In this role, you will safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials, following all safety and warehouse procedures. You'll complete basic paperwork, perform pre-shift equipment inspections, and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
• Stage, organize, and wrap pallets for shipping and receiving
• Perform pre-shift inspections and basic forklift safety checks
• Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and warehouse safety procedures
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and material storage zones
• Complete basic shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork or scanning
• Follow work orders and supervisor directions to meet production goals
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, leads, and team members on shift
• Report equipment issues, hazards, or near-misses promptly
