With 36 meeting rooms and 152 bedrooms, with our restaurant serving upwards of 200 guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we also have fantastic onsite leisure club Eastwood Hall offers a flexible and adaptable approach to our client's business needs and can accommodate up to 400 delegates, it is not surprising that Eastwood Hall is recognised as an outstanding venue to host training and conferencing events.

The Venues Collection, a grouping of five easily accessible event spaces division of Compass Group UK & Ireland all of whom have achieve the ECOSmart Gold accreditation with sustainability a key ethos across the business Reporting Line Cluster Financial Controller/Site General Manager Specific responsibilities To co-ordinate with departmental HOD's ensuring that new standards / control procedures are correctly met in line with Profit Protection audit.

To control and issue Purchase Orders, and record in accordance with Company Policy. To support the CFC with the management of team member timesheets. To accurately record daily sales and balance the banking of receipts To record weekly stocktake counts and process into SAP To monitor the departmental inbox and action emails from suppliers/customers as appropriate To ensure accuracy of Sales ledger invoices and that they are sent to customers in a timely manner To process approved supplier invoices To support the CFC in the accurate reporting of monthly management accounts To support the CFC in the accurate creation and review of Weekly Forecast reporting To comply with any reasonable request from the Management team.

Key Skills Keen attention to detail and consistently high standard of work Ability to problem solve and identify reasons for discrepancies Good communication and ability to liaise with other team members at all levels Strong proficiency in Excel Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team Benefits:
