Staff Physical Therapist
Exceptional opportunity for a Staff PT seeking to join an amazing team and organization. Healthcare facilities provides care, is established with an excellent reputation within the SNF, LTC & Home Care space. PT reports to the Director of Rehab and oversees PTA support staff. PT coordinates patient care with providers and members and rehab department. This is an amazing opportunity for a provider that is seeking flex schedule and enjoys having their panel of patients.
Requires Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Licensed in the state of Ohio upon start date. Ideal candidate has 1 year experience within a SNF setting experience and willingness to learn Home Care. Will consider a eager new graduate.
Compensation up to 115K depending on exp. Sign on of 10K with exceptional medical benefits; vision, medical, dental and additional insurance with 401(k). PTO, Federal holidays and CME time with allowance. Cell phone, tablet and mileage reimbursement for home care visits.
Location – Eaton, Ohio.
