As a Preble County Apartment Maintenance/Custodian, you can expect a dynamic daily routine that balances various responsibilities essential for maintaining safe and pleasant living environments. On weekdays from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, you'll perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general upkeep of communal areas.
