Position Summary
Our Tube Fitting Division in Eaton, Ohio is looking for new Assembler Team Members to help keep the world moving. You will use your hands and machines to build Parker products in a safe and sustainable manner. You must have good technical knowledge and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment. The goal is to produce complex fittings by putting together smaller components.
Payand Benefits
- Starting at $17/hr, with increases to $18.25 at 6 months and $19.50 at 12 months
- $1/hr shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift

- 2nd Shift (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.)
- 3rd Shift (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.)
- Place parts in specified relationship to each other.
- Crimp, press, attach, or install components; cap, pack, label, and ship products.
- Set up and operate assembly machines (crimpers, presses, o‑ring machine, etcher, stamper, grinders).
- Work at various workstations as production needs require.
- Understand and follow component and finished goods supermarket work instructions.
- Follow written standard work procedures, safety and 5S procedures.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hand‑tool skills.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and diagrams.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability for scheduled mandatory overtime when needed.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
