Location: Eaton, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-year college degree in related field or APICS certification preferred
Experience Requirements
  • 2-3 years of purchasing or related experience preferred
  • QAD experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Excel and Word, preferred
  • Knowledge of a manufacturing environment preferred
Job Duties
  • Place orders for raw materials and production components
  • Track deliveries and communicate shipment status
  • Monitor inventory levels to support production requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain purchasing records and documentation
  • Support department goals and company objectives
  • Assist with inventory planning and material availability
  • Work with internal teams to resolve supply and delivery issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Keyboarding, sitting, walking standing, and reaching.
  • Required to lift up to pounds occasionally.

What You Will Do

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
