Now hiring for a Machine Operator in Eaton, OH. Pay rate: $15.00 – $16.25 per hour. Additional $1.00/hour attendance bonus available on all shifts. Schedules:
Overtime as needed. 1st shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. 2nd shift:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM. 3rd shift:
Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM.

• Unload molded parts from molding presses
• Perform visual quality inspections on finished products
• Trim flashing and excess material using an OLFA knife
• Maintain production standards and quality requirements
• Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Assist with other production tasks as assigned

High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment. Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation. Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a machine operator.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
