Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift Schedule- FT 2nd shift: 2pm‑10pm
- FT 3rd shift: 6pm‑6am
- Implementing a resident plan of care.
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Delegating suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision when necessary.
- Consulting with and validating data.
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record.
- Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
- Communicating resident care needs to others involved in the care.
- Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.
- Nursing License required.
- Medical Insurance – including no cost and low cost options.
