Plant Merchandiser – Part‑Time, Seasonal

This position is seasonally based and is not full‑time or year‑round.

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays each day
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interact with store personnel and customers
• Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
• Complete report for each store serviced
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app

• Have a smartphone
• Be fit for outdoor work in all elements
• Have dependable transportation that you have access to daily
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
• Understand and execute planograms
• Use workplace mobile apps
• Able to assemble and tear down outdoor benching

• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Previous merchandiser experience appreciated – will train strong candidates
