Overview

Supply & Demand Planner – Eatonton or Atlanta, GA
Cosmo Cabinets, a leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer based in Eatonton, Georgia, is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to support our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This position may be based in either Eatonton or Atlanta, GA.

• Develop and manage demand plans based on sales orders and material lead times.
• Coordinate raw material purchasing and production scheduling.
• Calculate material consumption and job-specific usage yields.
• Support 13-week supply plans and KPI reporting within the S&OP process.
• Drive root-cause analysis for supply and demand performance gaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy and supply alignment.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing demand planning, supply chain, or materials management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (required).
• Experience in the kitchen cabinet or building products industry preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and detail-driven.
