Assembly Supervisor – Cabinetry Manufacturing

On-Site | Full-Time | Eatonton GA

We’re looking for a Cabinetry Assembly Supervisor to lead our production floor—someone who can motivate a team, solve problems in real time, and ensure every cabinet leaving the line meets the highest standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee end‑to‑end cabinet assembly including framing, doors, drawers, and hardware
  • Drive production schedules and ensure on‑time, high‑quality output
  • Identify bottlenecks and quickly resolve materials, workflow, or equipment issues
  • Partner with scheduling and materials teams to keep production running smoothly
  • Champion quality standards
    , ensuring every unit meets specifications before moving forward
Lead, Coach, and Develop Your Team
  • Supervise and develop a team of skilled assemblers and leads
  • Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Foster a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
  • Lead onboarding and cross‑training to build a versatile, high‑performing team
Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Implement quality checkpoints across the assembly process
  • Investigate defects and lead root cause corrective actions
  • Analyze production performance to improve throughput and reduce waste
  • Support Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and process improvements
What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years in cabinetry, furniture, or wood products manufacturing
  • 1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, joinery, and materials, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and woodworking equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, cut lists, and work orders
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality systems
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
