Job Description:

Monitors, guides, consults, corrects and provides technical assistance to regional Revenue Maximization staff on programs and outcomes to ensure quality performance, program knowledge and accuracy and timeliness of work. Reviews reports, case review results, and other management reports to determine performance and technical assistance needs. Provides support to regional staff as corrective action as needed, as requested by regions or by Revenue Maximization Director.

Clearly communicates expected outcomes and accountability. Provides effective feedback and coaching; identifies developmental needs and assists staff address to achieve optimal performance. Maintains current knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws, regulations and procedures, data systems, agency and Rev Max Protocols, policies, best practices and procedures. Performs regional unit team evaluations monthly to measure performance outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities:

Effectively manages multiple projects by appropriately focusing attention on program priorities.

Effectively manages, evaluates planned approaches, determined feasibility and other project requirements.

Collects and analyzes data related to performance and outcome indicators.

Maintains knowledge and understanding of Gateway and SHINES data systems.

Performs regional team evaluations as to performance expectations and outcomes.

Maintains current knowledge of Child Welfare policies, laws, regulations and best practice.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Four (4) years of professional job-related experience which includes One (1) year in a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role.

ORTwo (2) years of experience at the lower level Social Svcs Prgm Consultant 2 (SSP
041) or equivalent position.
