Adminstrative Assistant*

* Location:
** Eatontown, NJ
** Pay Range:** $32 - $33 per hour
** Shift:
** 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
** Temporary: 3 to 6 months with possibility for permanent conversion*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Process invoices for portfolio properties on a regular and ongoing basis
+ Receive, prioritize, and distribute mail and telephone correspondence, drafting responses when necessary
+ Create and maintain an accurate filing system for tenant files, lease agreements, vendor files, and policies
+ Prepare business expense reports and ensure timely submission for approval
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, including travel arrangements
** What's Needed?*
* + Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
+ Prior experience in administrative support or property management is a plus but not required
