Circle BMW has an Immediate Opening for Cashier in their Service Department

Circle BMW, part of the Circle Motor Group family of dealerships, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented
Cashier to join their exceptional Service Team. The ideal candidate will enjoy moving between the Service Desk and Service Drive to assist customers. Working closely with Service Advisors and Valets, the Service Cashier ensures customers are promptly served at drop off, pick up and via telephone. If you like to work with people, have a great smile and don't like to sit behind a desk, let's talk!

• Part time:
  Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Warmly greet and assist service customers with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Process customer payments—including cash, check, and credit card—accurately and efficiently
• Facilitate the use/return of loaner vehicles for customers
• Maintain and balance the cashier drawer daily
• Scan and file Service and Parts Repair Orders
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

• Team-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required
