Job Opening: BDC Representatives (Sales & Service)
We are currently hiring BDC Representatives for our Sales and Service departments.
Open Roles:- Handle inbound digital and phone sales leads
- Schedule showroom appointments for prospective buyers
- Follow up on active sales inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Process inbound and outbound service appointment requests
- Schedule routine maintenance, recalls, and customer follow-ups
- Support service advisors in maintaining daily shop volume
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Prior customer service, call center, or BDC experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer tools
