Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

Kiely Family of Companies, an industry leader in design-build solutions for utilities and engineering firms, is currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tinton Falls, NJ. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our infrastructure projects, focusing on innovation and efficiency. This position requires a solid grounding in civil engineering principles and practical experience in project management and execution in the sector of public works and infrastructure.

The Project Engineer will be instrumental in managing project elements from conception through to completion, ensuring all engineering standards, regulations, and client expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects
• Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide needed assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design software (Auto

• Strong understanding and knowledge of building codes and industry standards
