Join BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. as a Production Operator and be part of a supportive manufacturing team producing high-quality polyurethane timing belts. In this hands-on role, you’ll follow work instructions, operate production equipment, maintain quality standards, and help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized. As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks across various production areas, including:
- Stamping & Welding – Punch press setup, belt welding, hole punching, and belt slitting
- Covers – Applying cover materials, adhesive bonding, grinding, and machining
- Profiling – Injection molding, profile modification, welding, and BFX slitting
- Extrusion – Operating extrusion equipment for BFX and M belts
- CNC Machining – CNC and waterjet machining, ATN hole punching
You’ll follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and organization.
What You Bring- Understanding and following verbal and written directions
- Attention to detail; high demands on the quality of our own work
- Perform repetitive tasks with constant quality and productivity
- Using calibers and basic measurement equipment
- Understand and apply measurement tolerances to products
- Able to read and write simple instructions and documentation
- Comfortable performing shop-level calculations as needed for measurements and production tasks
- Must be able to lift 49lbs. to waist height
- Standing all day (90% of shift) with ability to move about the manufacturing area
- Manual dexterity
- Hand eye coordination
- Manufacturing Environment, inclusive of varying temperatures
- Salary range: $19 – $21 (based on experience)
