We are seeking a Production Equipment Technician with at least approximately 3–5 years of hands‑on technical, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or equipment maintenance experience to support our production operation in Eatontown, NJ. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working with machinery, diagnosing problems, making repairs, and learning how specialized production equipment operates. Our facility manufactures highly secure financial products, so equipment reliability, product quality, confidentiality, safety, and strict adherence to established procedures are critical to our operation.

The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in every type of industrial equipment. We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation who can troubleshoot mechanical problems independently, understands basic electrical and pneumatic systems, is comfortable using tools, and has the aptitude to learn specialized equipment.

This is an opportunity for a technician who has built a few years of practical experience and wants to continue developing into a well‑rounded production equipment specialist.

  • Make routine mechanical adjustments, repairs, component replacements, and equipment corrections.
  • Keep production machinery operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
  • Assist with maintaining critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
  • Respond to equipment stoppages and production issues in a timely and safe manner.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, motor, conveyor, and other equipment‑related problems.
  • Use a logical, step‑by‑step approach to identify the source of equipment failures.
  • Read basic schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation to assist with troubleshooting.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and other maintenance equipment safely.
  • Determine when an issue can be corrected independently and when additional technical assistance is required.
  • Communicate equipment problems and repair status clearly to production and maintenance personnel.
  • Help identify recurring problems and opportunities to improve equipment reliability.
Specialized Production Equipment:

You will learn to maintain and support specialized equipment used in the production and processing of secure financial products, including equipment associated with:
