The Third Shift Personalization Machine Operator will work 3 nights per week | 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
. Overtime or occasional Saturday work may be required depending on production needs.

In this role, you will begin each shift by preparing your work area and reviewing the day's requirements. You will operate production machinery according to company procedures, transfer materials efficiently between workstations, and maintain accurate job audit logs. Throughout the shift, you will conduct quality inspections, assist with inventory counts, and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment. A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as adherence to all safety and security protocols, will be essential.

You will be expected to follow established processes and respond to additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• Basic arithmetic skills and general computer literacy
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• Situational awareness and ability to work in a secure environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, pride, and ownership in work performed

Experience operating production machinery is a plus.
