Experienced CNC Operator - 1st Shift

We are seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our team for the 1st shift in a dynamic production environment. The role involves operating CNC machinery, inspecting parts, performing tool offsets, and completing machine setups while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Operate CNC machining equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Change cutting tool inserts as needed and perform tool wear and geometry offsets.
• Complete machine setups independently.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Maintain production and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and perform preventive maintenance.

• Previous CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable attendance.

• Experience with conventional machining and CNC code reading.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

This is an on-site position in a manufacturing and production facility. The role involves working in an hourly production environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eatontown, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
