Experienced CNC Operator - 1st Shift
We are seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our team for the 1st shift in a dynamic production environment. The role involves operating CNC machinery, inspecting parts, performing tool offsets, and completing machine setups while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Operate CNC machining equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Change cutting tool inserts as needed and perform tool wear and geometry offsets.
- Complete machine setups independently.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Maintain production and quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot CNC programs and perform preventive maintenance.
- Previous CNC machining experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable attendance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with conventional machining and CNC code reading.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work EnvironmentThis is an on-site position in a manufacturing and production facility. The role involves working in an hourly production environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eatontown, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
