We are seeking an RN Nurse Manager to join our Pediatric Skilled Home Care Nursing team in Tinton Falls, NJ
. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills who is ready to step into an RN leadership role while remaining clinically engaged.
As an RN Manager
, you will support both patients and nursing staff while ensuring high‑quality clinical outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Nurses (RNs), RN Designees, LPNs, and home health staff
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance for complex cases and urgent situations
- Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans as a Registered Nurse
- Utilize the RN Designee visit team to facilitate and conduct supervisory visits ensuring safe, effective, and family‑centered care
- Partner with physicians, therapists, schools, and families to coordinate care
- Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to ensure smooth transitions of care
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of Registered Nurse and LPN staff
- Promote best practices in infection control, medication safety, and patient education
- Active RN license in New Jersey (required)
- 2+ years of Registered Nurse experience (home care or pediatrics preferred)
- Trach and vent experience or strong willingness to learn
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits with flexibility for virtual visits
Leadership experience is a plus but not required. This role is ideal for a skilled RN, Registered Nurse ready to grow into management.
Base Salary: $90,000- $95,000 / year depending on qualifications
