About This Role

The Home Care Infusion RN provides professional nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on individualized care through assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing needs. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work closely with patients in a home setting.

• Location: Eatontown, NJ
• Schedule: Part-time (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their home.
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate home nursing care needs.
• Demonstrate competency with infusion therapy.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation.
• Care for patients and their significant others holistically.
• Utilize an interdisciplinary team and document all activities accurately.
• Complete nursing assessments and collaborate with physicians on the Plan of Care.
• Implement teaching strategies to meet established goals.
• Communicate pertinent patient information during transfers of care.
• Maintain awareness of new standards and incorporate them into practice.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Certificate in Nursing

• Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience

• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
