What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by:

* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers

* Delivering compassionate, personalized care that promotes dignity and independence

* Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

* Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team

* Encouraging participation in daily activities and community life

* Collaborating with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care

* Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

* Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

* High School Diploma or GED

* Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred

* Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
