As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play an important role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by:
- Safely administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies
- Monitoring residents for changes in condition and promptly reporting concerns to the nursing team
- Accurately documenting medication administration and resident observations
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care while building meaningful relationships
- Collaborating with nurses and caregivers to ensure exceptional resident care
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required (or equivalent medication administration certification recognized by the State of New Jersey)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
