The Home Care Infusion RN provides professional nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on individualized assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of home nursing care needs. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a more personalized and flexible work environment.

• Pay: $90,272/year
• Location: Eatontown, NJ
• Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
• Schedule: Full-time

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their home.
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate home nursing care needs.
• Demonstrate competency with infusion therapy.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation.
• Utilize an interdisciplinary team and document all activities accurately.
• Complete nursing assessments and medication reconciliations.
• Implement teaching strategies to meet established goals.
• Act as a liaison among physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain awareness of new/updated standards in nursing practice.
• Perform unscheduled patient visits during on-call as necessary.

• Education:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Certificate in Nursing
• Experience:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience
