CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide patient care services in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Assist residents with daily activities, essential health services, and promote comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Follow infection control procedures and adhere to facility protocols.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required.
• Possess valid state or federal identification.
• Be able to wear a photo badge at all times while on duty.
• Demonstrate compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or valid medical/religious exemption.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
