Calibration/Metrology Technician II
Job Eatontown, NJ (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $25–30/hr W2
Key Requirements- Minimum 2+ years of calibration/metrology experience
- Experience calibrating and maintaining:
- Electronic test equipment
- Mechanical and electromechanical instruments
- Optical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pressure measurement devices
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Schematics
- Blueprints
- Technical drawings
- Calibration procedures
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting, and replacing defective components
- Strong documentation, data collection, and reporting skills
- Technical/Vocational education or certification preferred
- Perform calibration, testing, adjustment, and maintenance of measurement and test equipment
- Set up calibration methods and procedures according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair calibration equipment
- Maintain calibration records and technical documentation
- Support quality activities and statistical process controls
- Analyze test results and prepare reports
- Assist with process improvements and provide technical support
- ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT)
- Experience in regulated manufacturing or medical device environments
