Account Executive - Benefits & Compensation

  • 1099 position with base salary
  • First-year on-target earnings: $80,000–$85,000
  • Established client relationships and ongoing support

Account Executive - Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated career stability and strong professional tenure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
  • Willing and able to travel to client meetings throughout New Jersey

Account Executive - Preferred Background & Skills

  • Professional backgrounds in client service, account management, sales, HR, finance, education, or healthcare are valued
  • Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required

Account Executive - Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established book of business while developing new client relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person client meetings across New Jersey
  • Educate clients on voluntary and ancillary insurance offerings in straightforward terms
  • Lead and support enrollment discussions and enrollment sessions
  • Submit enrollment paperwork and ensure timely, accurate follow-up
  • Provide responsive service and ongoing client support
  • Present confidently in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Operate independently, demonstrating strong ownership and follow-through
