their first year , with top performers breaking $250k+ . No cap, no limits. We provide pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments - no door knocking or lead generation required.

A full-time W2 position with commission and bonus incentives*

Requirements

NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are sourced and pre-confirmed by our internal call center team.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowner needs for roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and doors and provide tailed solutions for our exterior remodeling products and services.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services with enthusiasm and confidence.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address questions or concerns.
• Meet with 2-3 homeowners per day within your radius to conduct presentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
