Pay:
Approximate annual earning potential of $85,000 to $125,000++Weekly base earnings of $1000 with monthly bonuses calculated on number of units sold; additional bonus opportunities available through customer reviews, referrals and product penetration.

Schedule:

Full time, Saturdays and evenings required;
Four and five-day work weeks available

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience

Familiarity with dealership management systems

Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection

Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

What You'll Do:

Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process

Stay informed on current product offerings to conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations

Develop relationships with current and prospective customers

Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRMDeliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Total Rewards The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $85,000 to $125,000. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on individual units sold, customer‑experience incentives, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
