• Oversee all incoming shipments, verifying counts and inspecting stock against purchase orders.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct routine audits across all product categories.

• Pick, pack, and ship outgoing B2B wholesale and direct-to-consumer e-commerce orders accurately and on schedule.

• Process customer returns, inspect incoming tech hardware, and manage reverse logistics workflow.

• Organize warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and workflow speed.

• Proven experience as a warehouse manager or supervisor, preferably in consumer electronics.

• Strong understanding of inventory control systems and shipping practices.

• Ability to process returns and inspect tech inventory efficiently.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift heavy boxes and remain active on the warehouse floor throughout the shift.
