We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with strong expertise in full-cycle payroll administration, payroll tax compliance, and team leadership. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business while identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and enhance overall payroll operations.

The ideal candidate brings proven payroll leadership experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a collaborative, results-driven approach. What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience, including payroll tax compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing payroll teams.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll/HRIS systems, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft O365.
  • Experience managing payroll operations, including tax filings, W-2 reporting, garnishments, audits, reconciliations, and special pay processing.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
