Our client, a highly respected CPA and advisory firm with a history dating back to 1947, is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join its growing Assurance team in Eau Claire.
This is more than a traditional audit role.

Key Responsibilities Audit & Assurance Engagements- Execute audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through completion
- Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and fieldwork activities
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation
- Analyze accounting records and financial data
- Ensure engagements are completed efficiently and in accordance with professional standards
- Apply GAAP, cash basis, tax basis, and other specialized accounting frameworks
- Evaluate accounting policies and financial reporting practices
- Research technical accounting and audit matters
- Assist in identifying and resolving complex financial reporting issues
- Maintain current knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
