The OpportunityAs an Audit Manager, you'll serve as a key leader within the Assurance practice, overseeing engagements, strengthening client relationships, mentoring staff, and working closely with firm principals on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Assurance Engagement Leadership- Plan, supervise, and complete audit, review, and assurance engagements
- Review engagement work papers and financial reporting deliverables
- Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and overall project execution
- Communicate significant engagement developments to firm principals
- Ensure quality standards and professional requirements are consistently met
- Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Gain a deep understanding of client operations, goals, and challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Train, mentor, and develop audit staff and senior auditors
