As part of our Outsourced Accounting team, you'll support multiple manufacturing clients and serve as a trusted member of their accounting function.

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions for multiple clients
• Process and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards
• Support weekly accounting workflows and month-end close activities
• Assist with manufacturing cost accounting calculations, including burden rates and work center rates
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support client decision-making
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Required:

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of accounting experience

• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Cost accounting exposure
• Experience supporting multiple clients or business entities

• Karbon

• Manufacturing systems such as JobBoss2, Acumatica, Sage, Pro Shop ERP and similar platforms
• Quick Books Online
• Power BI and Fathom
• , Expensify, and other cloud-based accounting tools
• Emerging AI-powered tools, including Claude and Copilot
