Tax Senior Associate

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements
• Provide customized tax advisory services to clients
• Work closely with tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence
• Develop and train team members
• Expand technical and professional knowledge through client interactions, self-study, and training
• Work with a broad range of clients

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA, EA, or JD license OR eligibility to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license
• At least 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting
• Ability to solve issues and bring solutions to the table
• Interest in public accounting
• Ability to work collaboratively with high-performing teams

Demonstrates expertise in tax preparation and advisory services for various business entities, including C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships. Possesses strong engagement management skills and a commitment to operational excellence while fostering team development and collaboration.
