Job Description
This position is responsible for the repairing, replacing, and servicing of all types of tires on Menard owned equipment. The hours are from 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Pay based on experience
- Willing to train
- Mounting, dismounting, and replacing tires on semis, automobiles, forklifts, etc.
- Troubleshoot vehicle tire needs
- Perform accurate and timely repairs
- Inspect tires and vehicles for additional problems
- Perform rotations, balancing, and repairs
- Maintain a clean work environment and equipment
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Must be able to take direction from management and work independently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Tire knowledge preferred (not required)
- 8‑hour day shift Monday – Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
